Shipping policy

Free delivery on every order
Standard delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum spend.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days in total from the day you order. During busy periods such as holidays, it can occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Multiple items
If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll get tracking for each parcel.

Where we deliver
We deliver to the UK and most other countries. Delivery outside the UK may take longer and can be subject to local customs charges, which the customer pays.

Address details
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or late orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at helal.k1@icloud.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
